I bought a Samsung 15kg washing machine yesterday2 /08/23 at house and home I was told the machine will be delivered on Monday,Monday they called and I was told the driver will deliver I had to wait with no communication had to call and asked what's happening ,I didn't even receive an apology and was told the driver came late,I made a full payment including delivery but am tge one who have to call and ask for feedback am so not happy with the service am even thing requesting for refund if I would have to give a review I will give them zero for nps as am a first time customer I would never buy again from house n home am asking myself if ever they waiting for ware house and they not telling me please assist in terms of this.

Returned Hisense LEDN32D20/33 81 cm HD L to House and Home as TV faulty

TV has been working well until a few weeks ago the TV picture just started jumping and crackling and could not watch any programs as the TV picture was not clear and made loud sounds. Take back to House and Home on the 10.6.15 where bought and all we get is that they are waiting for Hisense to collect to look at the fault. Called in on the 21nd, phoned 22nd, phoned 23rd and get the same response waiting for maintenance to repair. I need my TC sorted as I paid cash and nobody is looking at the problem They must refund or repair as I am without a television. Will rather purchase another make and go else where for better service.
